v5.02.112 SDNL112 - Vibratory damage to a steam generator hanger#
Summary
This validation case is intended to verify the non-regression of the functionalities necessary for calculations of vibratory damage to steam generator tubes: vibration fatigue and wear due to impacts on an obstacle. The calculation of the vibratory response is carried out by the method ITMI of Temporal Integration by Integral Method implanted in the operator DYNA_VIBRA. To do this, the nonlinear dynamic response of a steam generator tube subjected to external flow is studied. This tube is unstable and impacts a game support.
First, the effects of fluid-elastic coupling (variation in the frequency and damping of the structure) are calculated as a function of the flow speed, then the vibratory response of the structure for a given flow speed, and finally the shock wear or vibration fatigue of the structure.
