v5.02.102 SDNL102 - Beam subject to a wind speed field

Summary:

This test concerns the validation of the application of wind loads on line elements. The load is described by wind speed fields.

This problem makes it possible to test:

• linear finite elements [bars, cables, beams (except curved beams)] with follower loads of a « wind » nature,

• loads using wind speeds:

◦ reading wind field data,

◦ projection of the wind fields attached to the point cloud onto the deformed mesh of the structure,

◦ calculation of the relative speed,

• taking into account the function giving the force distributed as a function of the relative speed of the structure,

• updating the geometry to take account of large displacements and large rotations.
