6. Summary of results

This test case validates the operator for calculating non-linear modes (MODE_NON_LINE), the operator for calculating the stability of non-linear modes (CALC_STABILITE) and the operator for restoring the periodic solution (REST_MODE_NONL).

The system matrix is almost singular; the value of the solution obtained may depend on the precision of the machine on which the calculation is started. The value of the frequency relative to a given energy is tested. This frequency is obtained by interpolation from the table produced by MODE_NON_LINE. It can be seen that the relationship between energy and frequency is always verified on the results obtained.
