2. Benchmark solution#

2.1. Calculation method used for the reference solution#

The reference solution is a numerical solution obtained by the finite element method. This solution is based on a linear triangular mesh presented in reference [1]. The calculations were done considering a time increment \(\Delta t=0.01s\).

Temperature at point \(C\) for \(t=0.1,0.2,\mathrm{...},0.9,1.0,1.1,1.2s\).
