v4.04.106 TPLV106 - Thermal nonlinear stationary in a moving coordinate system

Summary:

This elementary test makes it possible to treat a three-dimensional example that can be reduced to a problem with a space variable in nonlinear thermal stationary in a moving coordinate system (convection-diffusion problem).

It also makes it possible to verify that a solid/liquid phase change has been taken into account by Code_Aster.

The reference solution is analytical and the differences with the results obtained by*Code_Aster* are less than 1%. The problem is modelled in the case plan.
