Summary:

The field of application of this test is the modal analysis of structures with cyclic repeatability. The structure studied is a pump impeller; it is modelled by hexahedral volume elements with 20 knots (3D modeling).

It is an industrial test for which there is no analytical solution. The calculation method is the Craig-Bampton cyclical dynamic substructuring.
