3. Modeling A

3.1. Characteristics of modeling

This cyclic repeatable structure is studied using the CRAIG - BAMPTON cyclic dynamic substructuring method.

A base sector, constituted by an angular sector of 60°, is meshed in hexahedra.

The modal base used for the sector is composed of 15 specific modes and constrained modes associated with interfaces.

Number of knots: 77.

Number of meshes and types: 30 meshes HEXA8

3.3. Tested sizes and results

For each node at the end of the axis, only the calculated relative displacement is given, the reference value must, in all cases, be zero.
