v2.03.004 SDLS04 - Cyclic substructuration: Thin annular plate embedded in its hub#
Summary:
The field of application of this test concerns the dynamics of structures, and more particularly the modal calculation by cyclic dynamic substructuring.
The aim is to calculate the natural modes of an axisymmetric structure (thin annular plate embedded in its hub) by considering it as a cyclic repeatable structure.
The model consists of an angular sector of \(\text{20°}\) of the ring, meshed in triangles to which are assigned plate elements: DKT. Two calculation methods are tested:
Craig-Bampton cyclical dynamic substructuring
Mac Neal cyclic dynamic substructuring
The reference results are the result of an analytical calculation. They validate the modal calculation tools by cyclic dynamic substructuring implemented in*Code_Aster*.
