4.1. Characteristics of the mesh

The mesh consists of 13 knots, 12 SEG2 stitches and 1 POI1 mesh.

4.2. Characteristics of modeling

Regarding the mesh, the tree line is modeled by beam-type elements (POU_D_T) carried on the linear segments (SEG2). The three levels (supports) are modelled by discrete elements (DIS_TR). The disk is modelled by a nodal mass (discrete element DIS_TR) with rotating moments of inertia.
