3. B modeling

3.1. Characteristics of modeling

Modeling B re-uses the interstitial pressure field from modeling A, but apply algorithm SRM to the entire model with the Drucker-Prager law. In addition, the law of linear variation of the increment of the safety factor is used, with « INCR_INIT = 0.05 », » RESI_MAXI = 0.01 », and « = 0.01 », and » ITER_RAFF_LINE = 1 ».

Since the difference between the initial increment and the maximum residue is large, this configuration convergence parameters require the algorithm to converge after refining the increment.

3.2. Tested sizes and results

The safety factor and the maximum total displacement are tested at each iteration SRM.

The reference values are shown in Tableau 4.
