Define a function of time used in the calculation of Laplace forces.

These forces are exerted on a main conductor (based on an Aster mesh) acting with one or more secondary conductors (not necessarily relying on Aster meshes); these conductors are crossed by short-circuit current intensities. The Laplace force expression consists of the product of a function of time, which is itself due to the products of current intensities, and a function of space due to the relative position of the conductors.

Produces a function-like data structure.
