Calculate, at one point, the fatigue damage of a structure subjected to a loading history.

Unlike CALC_FATIGUE, POST_FATIGUE does not operate on a field but on a « signal » previously extracted from a calculation or defined elsewhere.

The various methods available [R7.04.01] are:

methods based on uniaxial tests: Wöhler, Manson-Coffin and Taheri methods

What these methods have in common is that they determine a damage value from the evolution over time of a scalar component characterizing, for the calculation of damage, the state of stresses or deformations of the structure. To do this, it is necessary to extract, by a cycle counting method, the elementary loading cycles suffered by the structure, determine the elementary damage associated with each cycle and determine the total damage by a linear accumulation rule,

generalized Lemaître method

This method makes it possible to calculate the damage (Lemaître or Lemaître-Sermage) from the data of the stress tensor and the cumulative plastic deformation,

multi-axial fatigue criteria

These criteria apply to periodic or non-periodic uniaxial or multi-axial loads. They provide a criterion value indicating whether or not there was damage, and also damage values and the number of cycles at break.

The order produces a table-like concept.
