6. Static enrichment calculation#


6.1. ENRI_STAT#

In the case of a calculation on a generalized basis, a static correction is by default implemented via the calculation of static modes, added to the modal base.

Static modes are calculated for each load affected under the keyword factor EXCIT (see § 9), according to strategies that depend on the load types. Static modes are also calculated for nonlinear behaviors affected under the keyword factor COMPORTEMENT (see § 11.1).

The static modes are then combined with the dynamic modes to form the generalized calculation base.

The keyword ENRI_STAT cannot be used in the case of a calculation with fluid-structure interaction (IFS =” OUI “) (see § 12).

6.2. ORTHO#

Allows the orthogonalization of the assembled base of dynamic modes and static modes. Orthogonalization is performed using an eigenvalue problem consisting of stiffness and mass matrices projected on this assembled base.

6.3. FREQ_COUP_STAT#

Cutoff frequency (expressed in Hz) used for modal analysis allowing orthogonalization. If the FREQ_COUP_STAT keyword is not defined by the user, no break is taken into account.
