4. Verification phase

The matrices \(\mathrm{A}\), \(\mathrm{B}\) and \(\mathrm{C}\), which are the arguments of the keywords (MATR_A/MATR_RIGI), (/), (MATR_MASS/MATR_RIGI_GEOM/MATR_B), and (MATR_AMOR), must be consistent with each other (i.e. rely on the same numbering and the same storage method).

Depending on the search option chosen, we check:

OPTION =' BANDE '

The FREQ keyword argument (case TYPE_RESU =” DYNAMIQUE “) must provide at least two values.

The CHAR_CRIT keyword argument (case TYPE_RESU =” MODE_FLAMB “or” GENERAL “) must provide exactly two values.

OPTION =' CENTRE '

The argument for the FREQ keyword or the CHAR_CRIT keyword must provide exactly one value.

OPTION =' SEPARE 'or' AJUSTE '

The argument for the FREQ keyword or the CHAR_CRIT keyword must provide at least two values.

If the precisions and the maximum numbers of iterations are unrealistic (for example, precisions less than the machine precision or negative numbers of iterations), the calculation is not performed.
