Summary:

The purpose of this manual is to guide the user in choosing a Beam — 3D connection dynamically in Code_Aster.

The proposed connection methodologies are of two types:

• Non-intrusive surface connection called 1D-3D toggle (option 3D_ POU from LIAISON_ELEM)

• Intrusive volume connection in the Arlequin frame (option 3D_ POU_ARLEQUIN from LIAISON_ELEM)
