2. Introduction#
This note concerns the use of the macr_gouj2e_mail function and of the macro-command POST_GOUJ which make it possible, respectively, to perform the meshing of a stud-flange assembly and to post-process the results of a mechanical calculation carried out with the conventional Code_Aster commands. The calculation also requires the use of the database containing the geometric and mechanical characteristics of the assemblies.
First, we describe the macr_gouj2e_mail function and the macro command POST_GOUJ. The text of these macro commands as well as their catalogs are available in the command files for test cases ZZZZ120A and ZZZZ120B.
In the second part we detail the content of the study profile and the command file. We continue by specifying how to use the macr_gouj2e_mail function, the macro command POST_GOUJ and the classical commands to perform the meshing and the overall calculation of a stud-flange assembly. Finally, we describe the content of the results file (.resu) before we quickly discuss the content of the message file (.mess).
The last part is devoted to the database of the geometric and mechanical characteristics of studs. We describe the behavior curves of nets as well as the organization of the various data. We give the content of the database in its version 1.00 of 16/09/1999 which was produced by Department MMN. Finally, we briefly recall how to feed this database.
