This note concerns the realization of the mesh and the overall calculation of a stud-flange assembly with Code_Aster.

The calculations themselves as well as the macro commands mentioned in this document are available in the command files for cast-test ZZZZ120A and ZZZZ120B.

The production of the mesh requires the use of the MACR_GOUJ2E_MAIL function, which must be defined at the beginning of the command file. On the other hand, the calculation is carried out only with Code_Aster commands. The macro command POST_GOUJ allows the presentation of results in a format that makes them easier to read. Like function MACR_GOUJ2E_MAIL, this macro command must be defined at the start of the command file. The calculation also requires the use of the database containing the geometric and mechanical characteristics of the assemblies.

We give the content of the database in its version 1.00 of 16/09/1999 which was produced by Department MMN from the old database (« gouj2ech.base_v1_11 » version 1.09 of 9/6/1997) qualified by UTO, and we briefly recall how to feed this new database.

This database is designed so that new data, characterizing new local situations, can be easily provided.
