4. Specificities of coupled fluid-structure problems#

It is possible to use a coupled vibro-acoustic model in « DYNA_NON_LINE ». This model is based on a \((u,p,\varphi )\) approach with the following assumptions:

  • the fluid is of linear acoustic type,

  • the structure should be considered to be in small disturbances or in an updated Lagrangian.

Free surfaces subject to gravity (sloshing waves) can also be taken into account.
