4. Specificities of coupled fluid-structure problems#
It is possible to use a coupled vibro-acoustic model in « DYNA_NON_LINE ». This model is based on a \((u,p,\varphi )\) approach with the following assumptions:
the fluid is of linear acoustic type,
the structure should be considered to be in small disturbances or in an updated Lagrangian.
Free surfaces subject to gravity (sloshing waves) can also be taken into account.
The documentation [U2.06.11] presents in detail the implementation of a coupled nonlinear fluid-structure model for a reservoir calculation. The note [bib5] _ analyzes the field of application of the coupled fluid-structure model.
