Summary:

This document describes a very simple example of using Code_Ast er. The data layout files are those from test case FORMA00, available in the Code_Aster test case database:

Code_Aster command file	forma00.comm

Based on this simple calculation of a thin reservoir under hydrostatic pressure modelled axi-symmetrically, the « essential » commands are commented on.
