1. Introduction

The document is organized in two main parts: the first presents the general method of elasto-plasticity-damage couplings and the second describes the specificities of the various couplings, which are currently limited to the coupling between GLRC_DM and VMIS_ (ISOT/CINE) _ LINE for « global » models.

In the first part, the following aspects are considered in particular: the challenges of this type of coupling, the thermodynamic framework and the numerical implementation. In the second part we recall what the global models (GLRC_) are for reinforced concrete plates and shells and how the general method is applied for this framework.
