These different elements are used in three types of models:

2D calculation in plane deformations:	D_ PLAN_GRAD_VARI
2D axisymmetric calculation:	AXIS_GRAD_VARI
3D calculation:	3D_ GRAD_VARI

The plane constraints mode is not yet available.
