r5.03.26 Quadratic regularized damage law ENDO_CARRE#
Summary:
This document describes the brittle elastic behavior model ENDO_CARRE available only for non-local modeling with a GVNO nodal damage gradient. This law has quadratic stiffness in damage and linear dissipation. The criterion is therefore linear and thus admits a unique solution in damage with fixed displacements, which makes it possible to obtain fast results that are easily comparable with analytics. The other advantage of this law is the distinction between traction and compression behaviors. It allows shear damage in cases of compression and prevents interpenetration.
