Summary:

This document describes the brittle elastic behavior model ENDO_SCALAIRE available only for non-local modeling with GRAD_VARI damage gradient. The damage is modelled scalar; compression and tensile loads are not distinguished. Unlike the other damage laws introduced previously, the latter behaves in a regular manner (no snap-back, finite elongation at break) at least in one-dimensional cases.
