d6.04.03 How internationalization works

Summary:

This document is dedicated to the internationalization of Code_Aster, i.e. the set of tools, practices, organization that allows the code to manage messages and displays in different languages as well as the translation of documentation.

The main condition for obtaining a quality translation of messages (even if it is not automatic but human) is to have understandable original messages, well written in French. For this reason, the verification carried out on the original messages is also detailed.
