d4.06.18 sd_mater and mater_code data structures

Summary:

Here we describe the 3 data structures built from the description and the value of the various parameters associated with the behaviors of a material (compor, mater, mater_code).

The three data structures are shown:

• Access SDs by name: master and compor

• the SD accessed by address: mater_code (which replaces the previous ones in routines TExxxx).
