**d4.06.18** sd_mater and mater_code data structures

**Summary:**

Here we describe the 3 data structures built from the description and the value of the various parameters associated with the behaviors of a material (compor, mater, mater_code).

The three data structures are shown:


* Access SDs by name: master and compor


* the SD accessed by address: mater_code (which replaces the previous ones in routines TExxxx).
