Summary:

The test presented here makes it possible to verify the correct functioning of joint elements with hydromechanical coupling in a saturated medium.

We model the depletion of a reservoir (reduction in the size of a reservoir due to its exploitation). This is initially entirely crossed by a discontinuity and contains a single liquid. The laws of interface behavior used are the cubic law for flow and the Bandis law for mechanics.
