.. _V7.31.145: **v7.31.145** WTNV145 - Application of distributed pressure on the lips of a XFEM crack junction for the hydromechanical case ===================================================================================================================================== **Summary:** This is a first validation test to ensure the correct functioning of the extended finite element method in the HM coupling model in a fractured saturated medium. In this test we seek to verify, in the case where the pore pressure is assumed to be uniformly zero throughout the field of study (*i.e* in order to place ourselves in a "classical" mechanical case without coupling), that there is indeed a discontinuity in the field of movements on either side of the interface. The results are compared to an analytical solution and to the results obtained with a mechanical XFEM test (similar to the ssnv203 tests, F and H models). .. toctree:: :hidden: self .. toctree:: :maxdepth: 2 :numbered: Probl_me_de_r_f_rence Solution_de_r_f_rence Mod_lisation_A Mod_lisation_B Conclusion
