Summary:

The hydraulic behavior of an unsaturated porous medium is studied. Five models are carried out: one is three-dimensional (modeling B) and the other four are two-dimensional (models A, C, D, E)

This test consists in studying the influence of a gravity flow on the distribution of the pressure of fluids (liquid and gas) in the unsaturated medium.

The models studied are \(\mathrm{2D}\) planes (DPQ8 and DPTR6) and \(\mathrm{3D}\) volume HEXA20 with linear behavior, this is an evolutionary problem.

The reference solution is one-dimensional because it only depends on the vertical coordinate.
