Behavioral law and material parameters

The law of behavior tested is' BETON_REGLE_PR ', it is documented in the documentation [:ref:`U4.43.01 <U4.43.01>`]. This law of concrete behavior is called a "rectangular parabola".

The elastic parameters are as follows:
