Behavioral law and material parameters

The law of behavior tested 'GRAN_IRRA_LOG', is documented in doc R5.03.09. It is a law of creep and enlargement behavior under irradiation for fuel assemblies, similar to the law 'VISC_IRRA_LOG' for viscoplastic deformation, which also includes a deformation of enlargement under irradiation.
