3. Modeling A#

The modeling only concerns an angular sector of the cylinder, one element in the section, one element in the height, 100 elements between \({R}_{1}\) and \({R}_{2}\)

In this modeling, the local coordinate system of the circumferential reinforcement is defined in four different ways in AFFE_CARA_ELEM: VECT_1/VECT_2/ANGL_REP_1et ANGL_REP_2.

3.1. Tested values#

The values of the radial displacements of the points located on the inner face of the concrete cylinder (\(\mathrm{N6}\) in the figure below) and on the outer face of the concrete cylinder (\(\mathrm{N17}\) in the figure below) are tested and compared with the analytical solution.

The cylinder is meshed with TRIA3 elements.
