Summaries of results

The objectives of this test have been achieved.


* The aim was to show the feasibility of taking into account the rubbing contact on the lips of the chain with the continuous method adapted to the X- FEM framework. Only the case of an interface crossing the structure completely has been considered (interface).


* The method is validated in :math:`\mathrm{2D}` :math:`\text{P2}` (displacement) :math:`\text{P1}` (pressure) on a quadrangle and triangle mesh.


* The method is validated with the augmented Lagrangian method for the treatment of touch/friction.
