**v6.04.508** SSNV508 — Block in plane stresses with interface, in tension and lateral compression, for quadratic X- FEM elements

**Summary:**

The purpose of this test is to validate the deformation of an interface introduced into a very thin rectangular parallelepipedic plate in an X- FEM frame. The structure is subjected to tensile stress and subjected to linear lateral pressure. The interface is represented by a flat and horizontal level set that intersects elements or coincides with their edges. It involves the elements X- FEM [:ref:`R7.02.12 <R7.02.12>`] :math:`\text{P2}` (displacement) which have degrees of freedom of movement at each node. The problem is treated in 2D and 3D.
