.. _V6.04.229: **v6.04.229** SSNV229 - Validation of formulas ETCC in DEFI_CABLE_BPet for cable breakage ================================================================================================== **Summary:** The aim of this test case is to provide elements for validating operator DEFI_CABLE_BPpour the calculation of tension profiles in prestress cables in concrete structures. It is about: · to validate the ETCC formulas implemented in Code_Aster, which make it possible to take into account tension losses due to friction between cables and concrete, by recoil at anchors, and by relaxation of steel, the material constituting the cables (models A and B); · to validate the procedure developed to model the breakage of a cable with re-anchoring (keyword factor MODI_CABLE_ETCC of the DEFI_CABLE_BP command) (modeling C). The structure in question is a cylinder, containing ten prestressing cables in its thickness. The cables each describe a circle in a horizontal plane, and travel the length of the structure. All cables are anchored on the same line. Modeling A makes it possible to test the direct consideration of the relaxation of steels (approximate method). B modeling makes it possible to model the relaxation of steels more finely by carrying out a short-term calculation and a long-term calculation that can be combined with the modeling of shrinkage and creep in concrete. In both cases, the results obtained are validated by comparison with those theoretically expected. Modeling C models the breakage of one of the 10 prestress cables after tensioning. It is verified that the result obtained is in accordance with what was injected into the calculation. .. toctree:: :hidden: self .. toctree:: :maxdepth: 2 :numbered: Probl_me_de_r_f_rence Solution_de_r_f_rence Mod_lisation_A_ Mod_lisation_B Mod_lisation_C Synth_se_des_r_sultats
