v6.04.226 SSNV226 — Validation of the failure criterion under critical stress#

Summary:

The problem is a semi-static non-linear in structural mechanics (we nevertheless have a modeling in non-linear dynamics for validation purposes).

The response of a volume element is analyzed, with a loading under tension and imposed displacement. As soon as the maximum principal stress in the element reaches a critical stress, the stiffness of the element is reduced and the stresses are almost cancelled out.

Modeling A makes it possible to validate the failure criterion with law VISCOCHAB in a case where work hardening is isotropic, for simple traction.

Modeling B makes it possible to validate the failure criterion with law VMIS_ISOT_TRAC in a case where work hardening is purely isotropic, for simple traction.

C modeling makes it possible to validate the failure criterion with law VISC_ISOT_TRAC in viscoplasticity in a case where work hardening is purely isotropic, for simple traction.

D modeling takes over C modeling using the non-linear dynamics operator DYNA_NON_LINE.
