.. _V6.04.191: **v6.04.191** SSNV191 — Validation of Neumann conditions with X- FEM in 2D and 3D =================================================================================== **Summary** The purpose of this test is to validate the consideration of Neumann-type boundary conditions on X-FEM skin elements in 2D and 3D. This test involves a 3D structure or a 2D equivalent comprising a flat horizontal interface cutting the structure into two parts (an "upper" part above the interface, and a "lower" part below the interface). The interface is represented by level sets. The loads applied are of several types: a loading with constant pressure on the lateral faces of the structure, a loading with a positive pressure on the upper lateral faces and a negative pressure on the lower lateral faces.
