v6.04.154 SSNV154 - Drained triaxial test with model CJS (level 3)#

Summary

This test validates level 3 of model CJS. It is a triaxial test under drained conditions. The calculations are carried out only on the solid part of the soil without hydromechanical coupling. The lockdown level is \(400\mathit{KPa}\).

For reasons of symmetry, only one eighth of a sample subjected to a triaxial test is interested in. Two models are presented. Modeling A is axisymmetric. In modeling B, \(\mathrm{3D}\), the sample tested is rotated by an angle of \(\mathrm{-}\pi \mathrm{/}6\) with respect to the \(x\) axis. As a result, directions \(x,y,z\) are no longer main directions. This makes it possible to validate the numerical integration operations of the model that act on the non-diagonal terms of the tensors, deformations and stresses.

It is a non-regression test. However, the results obtained with Code_Aster for model CJS3 are compared with those obtained with a private version of the FLAC -2D software.
