5. Summary of results

The model used for the reference solution is based on a theory of resultant efforts with co-rotational formulation [bib3], while that of Code_Aster uses a volume approach with a total Lagrangian formulation [R3.07.04].

For this thin shell, the triangle and the quadrangle give good results.
