Characteristics of modeling

Like modeling A, but with explicit integration (RUNGE_KUTTA).

This time, the load has the following imposed displacement :math:`Z` on the side :math:`\mathit{FACE1XY}`, such as:

        * moment :math:`\mathrm{7s}`, :math:`\mathit{DZ}\mathrm{=}\mathrm{-}\mathrm{0.01mm}`

On sides :math:`\mathit{FACEXY}` and :math:`\mathit{FACE1XY}`, :math:`\mathit{DX}\mathrm{=}\mathit{DY}\mathrm{=}0`.
