.. _V6.03.169: **v6.03.169** SSNP169 — Solid disk crossed by an X- FEM interface under non-uniform pressure ===================================================================================================== **Summary:** This test makes it possible to validate the contact treatment in X- FEM within the framework of the hypothesis of small disturbances. Initially, we consider a solid disk cut by a circular interface. Next, we consider a square that is also cut by a circular interface. In both cases, the interface is the contact surface. The stiffness of the solid, represented by Young's modulus, plays an important role in evaluating the value of deformations and fluctuations in contact pressure. An analytical solution was developed for this problem in order to validate the calculated numerical results.
