3.1. Characteristics of modeling#

All fields being uniform (independent of space), we take a HEXA8 and the calculation is nevertheless equivalent to that of a plate in plane constraints.

Loading and boundary conditions are modelled by:

  1. blocking conditions adapted both to prevent any movement of rigid bodies and to allow the uniformity of the fields,
