**Summary:**

This test :math:`\mathrm{2D}` quasistatic plane stresses, from the guide VPCS [:ref:`1 <1>`], is part of the validation of elasto-plastic behavior relationships. A volume element, made of a plastic material with linear isotropic work hardening, is subjected to a tensile force and a shear force.

The main advantage of this test lies in the non-radial nature of the load.
