**Summary:**

This test case analyzes the stability of a homogeneous slope in embankment. We calculate the factor
Slope safety using the simplified Bishop method based on limit theory
balance using macro command CALC_STAB_PENTE.

The test case comes from the validation cases of the American geotechnical software `Plaxis2D` developed by
`Geostudio`.

Comparing the result with the reference value, the result of CALC_STAB_PENTE
has an error of 0.84% probably caused by the difference in the shape of
