1. Reference problem#
1.1. Geometry#
Figure1: Reference problem
The specimen is axi-symmetric, and only half of the specimen is modelled by elements. The dimensions are given here in millimeters.
1.2. Material data#
The material in question is elastoplastic with linear isotropic work-hardening of the von Misès type (VMIS_ISOT_LINE).
The material data used is as follows:
Young’s module: |
\(200000\mathrm{MPa}\) |
Poisson’s Ratio |
\(\mathrm{0,3}\) |
Elastic limit |
\(200\mathrm{MPa}\) |
Linear work hardening module |
\(20000\mathrm{MPa}\) |
1.3. Boundary conditions and loads#
Because of the symmetry, vertical movements are blocked on line \(\mathrm{P0}-\mathrm{P1}\) and horizontal movements are blocked on the \(\mathrm{P0}-\mathrm{P9}\) axis; the load consists of a vertical displacement imposed on the side \(\mathrm{P8}-\mathrm{P9}\):
axis \(\mathrm{P0}-\mathrm{P9}\) |
|
axis \(\mathrm{P0}-\mathrm{P1}\) |
|
axis \(\mathrm{P8}-\mathrm{P9}\) |
|
Charging is imposed in 50 increments of \(0.12\mathrm{mm}\).
