2.1. Calculation method used for the reference solution

The reference solution is given by a direct transitory calculation using the operator DYNA_NON_LINE (A or D models).

For modeling A the behavior is DIS_CHOC, for modeling D the behavior is DIS_CONTACT.

2.2. Benchmark results

Value of the displacements, speed of the free end of the beam in the direction \(Y\) at the moment when their values are maximum, that is to say at \(t=0.1315s\) for the displacement and at \(t=0.1566s\) for the speed.
