8. Summary of results

The baseline results provided by VPCS are incorrect. New baseline results were determined using an analytical approach.

The results obtained are satisfactory. The maximum difference is:

• modeling A (3D: HEXA20, PENTA15): 0.026% for the temperature and 0.076% for the flows,

• B modeling (AXIS: QUAD4, TRIA3): 0.022% for temperature and 0.16% for flows.

• C modeling (3D_ HHO linear): 0.026% for the temperature and 0.076% for the flows,

The radiation limit condition was imposed via a non-linear flow loading (flux as a function of temperature). In this test, the radiation is completely taken into account.

This test made it possible to test the AFFE_CHAR_THER_F command (associated with the FLUX_NL operand which makes it possible to assign a non_linear flow) in the case of AXIS and 3D modeling.
