v4.41.001 TPNA01 - Stationary axisymmetric problem with radiation

Summary:

This elementary test makes it possible to treat an axisymmetric problem in stationary heat with a radiation-type boundary condition. The solution is analytical. The problem is treated axisymmetrically and in volume.

For the models presented here, the differences in the results obtained by*Code_Aster* are between 1 and 2% of the analytically calculated reference.
