**Summary:**

This test is the result of the independent validation of version 3 in linear transient thermal.

This is a :math:`\mathrm{2D}` plane problem represented by two models, one plane, the other solid.

The features tested are as follows:


* flat thermal element,


* volume thermal element,


* transient thermal algorithm,


* geometric singularity,


* limit conditions: imposed temperature.

The advantage of the test, in addition to the fact that it is an industrial case, lies in taking into account a geometric singularity in transient thermal analysis.
