4. Summary of results

The results obtained are excellent. The values calculated by Aster are the same as the reference values. This is a « normally expected » result since the solution field, which is linear, belongs to the interpolation space of the element under test.

This test allowed the following commands to be tested:

• DEFI_FONCTION associated with the NOM_PARA operand, making it possible to define a variation in the outside temperature as a function of the abscissa or the ordinate,

• DEFI_MATERIAU associated with the keyword THER_ORTH, making it possible to define the characteristics of an orthotropic material,

• AFFE_CARA_ELEM associated with the MASSIF keyword, allowing to define orthotropy axes.
